About

Our Mission

To educate and improve the holistic athlete on and off the court through an integrated player development program rooted in: Focus, Energy, Efficiency and Desire.

How are we different?

Bridge athletes to expertise, holistic resources, and healthy practices so they are equipped to shape thriving communities and successful careers.

Why do you need Player development?

Success is not just luck or natural talent. You can only maintain the league you average. No matter where you start, with work and self mastery you can raise your average.

The biggest issue players have today: skills are not translating to the game.

Why?

Performance is skill + mind + body + emotions. You may have practiced the skill but we teach you to understand the process and systems that shape your performance as well as skill development. The wisdom, insight and character which result equips you to work smarter, more efficiently, and improve their quality to reach your highest potential and raise your average.
